As TOF Council President, Nate Caton (as a partial owner Umbrella LLC), is allowed to let his properties remain in the following state for months. Imagine what could happen if his partner’s father in Umbrella LLC, Loren McKeever, is sworn is as a TOF Councilman?

Additionally, why have TOF Councilman Dave Stapleton and  TOF Councilman Bill Gruel (who are brother’s in law) allowed this travesty to continue for so many months?
