The three images shown above specifically delineate the TOF lots in question, and were taken from the Montana Cadastral website.  It is incumbent upon the Town of Fromberg to provide Fromberg Constituents all this information, and much more. Why did Clerk Riddle fail to make said Comparative Market Analysis available on TOF’s official website: http://www.fromberg-mt.com/Agendas-CouncilPackets-Minutes? We The People Have a Right to Know! The “New Clerk” excuse is wearing thin, and is not legally defensible.

  1. Let’s agree to disagree… I will not place the total blame on Harley Riddle, that belongs to Mayor Nottingham 100%. Miss Riddle has not gone through this process. Everything from the land description to the agenda should have at the very least been run through the attorney’s office days before posting. Don’t assume you know! Mayor Nottingham has served on the council for how many years? Apparently, he knows how to screw it up, but hasn’t been capable of fixing anything! The fact he oversees employees is beyond my comprehension as he does not have the simplest grasp of our ordinances, let alone the Montana Code Annotated, unless he has a personal agenda. Mr. Nottingham’s position is to oversee the agenda… The last attorney requested, before being hired, a copy of the agenda be submitted by email a week before the meeting. It didn’t happen. Then everyone gets their shorts in a bunch when they pay two women out of water and sewer. One being his daughter, who was a blatant conflict of interest. Nice way for the Mayor to throw the town under the bus. FYI: he’s done it more than once, and he will continue to do so. We are like the wife situation, a rotating door.
