Per the following documentation, TOF Resolution 523 has obviously been amended, albeit not in accordance with the procedures set forth in Montana Code Annotated – Title 7, nor as specifically delineated in the Montana Municipal Officials Handbook as shown below. Amendment of any TOF Resolution would require its inclusion on a TOF Agenda, with all subsequent adherence requirements of any TOF Council Meeting.
Amended Resolution 523:
Original Resolution 523:
“…A resolution which amends another resolution should state the entire section being amended. An amending resolution should not merely state that a sentence is added or that a word is changed in as particular line of a sentence. In such a case, the entire section should be stated with the
sentence added and the word changed. Resolutions are permanent records and should NEVER be destroyed”.

Is that her and the mayor’s signatures or did someone break in townie halle and forge them? Identify theft you know. Pesky criminals these days. Oh I forgot the criminals manage townie hall.
Hey now, I heard Harlie got an administrative job somewhere in Billings and she gets to bring her baby too! YAY!
At the women’s state prisin?
Speaking of prison. One hundred seventy thousand dollars divided by the mayer and 3 council dudes is like about what 40plus K? Is that a felony theft an how long is it gonna take recover that much money. The old blood out of a turnip situ. Rite. 3 or 4 year’s of overdue bills. When ordinances say ya get shut off after 2 months for no payment. So who’s really responsible. I say mahyer an council prez.
I got my latest water bill today. It is $50 more than usual!! And I am only one person. Did they raise the rates? Is this the extra for hardening the river bank? Did anyone else’s water bill go up?
Yes ours did, I believe this is for all the past due water bills the citizens haven’t paid over the years.
One hundred seventy thousand dollars worth! Why didn’t the town shut these users off after 2 months of being late? That what town ordinances require. But the mayor wants to think he’s important. The big cheese. Yeah well he and the council members then should be made to cough up the money. Not the utility users who pay each and every month
It says I used “21000”. 21,000 gallons? It’s just me, and I’m at work most of the time. WTF
Nevermind…apparently the increased water usage was due to a leak in the basement I had at the end of March.
Well, either way the town could have at least notified you in advance. Not just by sending some ginormous bill giving you a heart attack. I’m sooo sick of their excuses…wonder what there excuse for this will be.
