The following is a direct quote from TOF’s 4.18.2024 Council Meeting Minutes as evidenced by the 2 photographs that follow:
“The last item of old business was the 2023 – 2024 budget. Clerk Sweet had
prepared a budget and explained some aspects of that budget to the council and public. After some discussion regarding various budget items, a motion to approve the budget was made by Councilwoman Taylor and seconded by Councilman Caton. The motion carried with the votes as follows: Councilman Caton – aye, Councilman Haseman – aye, Councilman Ventling – aye and Councilwoman Taylor – aye”.
The following 2 photographs show the exact entirety of TOF’s 4.18.2024 Council Meeting Minutes.

What? The rules don’t apply to city government in Fromberg? Why in the HELL aren’t people speaking out against this tyranny? Why don’t you folks do something? Isn’t there any oversight, even by the lawyer you pay 2400 smackeroos to monthly? There’s enough evidence to choke an elephant.
I had great hopes for the newest two council members. I see they voted aye just like the others. Without any questions. I’m putting my house on the market and moving as soon as it sells. I can barely afford to make my monthly expenses now. Who knows? These new rate changes and debt they’ll vote to take on. With no cost cutting measures. Looks like Ventling and Taylor drank the kool-aid too. Fromberg you win. I give up.
