1. exactly who in the hell deos this dude think he is? he wouldn’t last in the public sector for one day. He obvious;y thinks he doesnt have to answer to anything or anyone. he needs to be written up for this little display. and he’s obviosly real sure timmy and hassleman will cover his behind.

2. I doubt that either the Mayor or the PDW is embarrassed at all about these videos. They have no shame. Or a moral compass. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.

3. Who is the guy with gnome beard standing by the podium giving the public works guy the good old boy slaps on the back? And what’s up with that?

   • I think he is Tim’s body guard. He lives in the Cowboy bar.

4. So it’s marks fault right? But the video is cut short so the people watching don’t see Mike being told to leave then old hag marge saying hail hilter. If your going to put video up of somebody at least do it so people can see both sides

   • Well Shawn, from the actual words out of Marcus’s own mouth, his smarmy condescending attitudeand his potty mouth profanity id say yeah, it is his fault. He sure doesn’t seem to have respect for anyone on the council except his protector the mayor. He doesn’t care about the budget and the people of the town who pay his wages and obviously his side gig as well. Which Seems to include town equipment, probably town fuel, town gravel, town time, and land only knows what else. He strides arrogantly to the podium, gives like 3 sentence report and is ready to slide back to his seat. And he’s angry when anyone asks questions about you know like, why are their violations and what about the gravel you paid $50 for cuz the receipts in the clerk office. As a former personell manager, I’d a fired him the first week. The fact the mayor is protecting him makes him an accessory to whatever crimes PDW may or maynot have done. An audit of Mr. Marks expenditures of time supplies and equipments need to be made and someone needs in law enforcement needs to seriously investigate bot of them. As Mr Mayor is/or has been affiliated with Carbo. COUNTY sheriiff office it needs to be another county. Like big horn. They touch our county. This cain’t just be swept under the carpet. Someone done sumthing wrong and we’re payin for it.

5. Why does a councilman have to ask about EPA violations the town has incurred? Exactly how many violations does the town have? The October meeting Mayor Nottingham placed the blame on former Public Works Director Jay Carter for the fines with no mention of Marcus Shutterly having any violations. November meeting once again not any mention of EPA violations. Not to mention the profanity this employee has expressed during public meetings and has never once been reprimanded for. Simply put Tim has double standard for close friends and employee Marcus Shutterly compared to those he views less favorably. Could prove costly for the town.

6. Guess the CCSO is aware as the deputy was there to escourt the council member out the door. So much for free speech. You know. 1st Amendment? So what? CCSO knows and ain’t gonna do jack sh*t? Thank God someone videod this. If yhey do this in public God only knows what they do behind closed doors. I’m writing a letter to the Mayor’s. He probbly won’t read it thi, just like theirs no mayor or council reports neather.

   • If you write a letter address to the Council they are required to read it by law under public correspondence. If you address it to mayor he can choose not to include. Otherwise you can write a letter and read it to the mayor and council under public comment.
