Historically, TOF Council Meeting “Agenda Item: Correspondence” was reserved for “incoming” correspondence. In the audio below at approximately the 28 minute, 20 second mark, Mayor Miller read 2 “outgoing” letters with regard to overdue business licenses. Why?
