Neither is the EXHIBIT “A” “pie shape outline” labeled. Could a metes and bounds description even adequately address “an arc” let alone the “contour of the ball field.”? (Said language is included briefly herein, but in its entirety below); “easterly 82′ along the north property line, then in an arc, following the contour of the ball field, to a point that is along the west property line then northerly1 10′ along the property line, back to the point of origin, as shown on EXHIBIT “A”. THERE IS NO POINT OF ORIGIN SHOWN ON EXHIBIT “A”.”

If it comes from the town of Fromberg don’t expect to much, as their standards are like our Mayor’s; set incredibly low. Doubtful she has the mental capacity to comprehend let alone answer this intelligently. Nor does she probably care as it’s a done deal in her book. This was her ploy to look good to the Vargas family. Some people are so shallow they are incredibly easy to read. Her narcissistic personality would be incapable of giving you viable information.

Dan I apologize you are absolutely right, and I should have been more clear in my statement. What I was referring to was Fromberg City Hall, as this was part of a business deal they created. I’m sorry if you were led to believe I was talking residence.
