Greatly facilitating communication with regard to ALL TOF Events, up to and including the recent sustained water break. Doesn’t TOF’s Emergency Plan mandate effective, timely communication to the Public? Why not? Upwards of $400 was recently paid for the DOMAIN NAME alone! Fiscal Responsibility was a plank of Mayor Miller’s campaign.

Just a thought, the County has a plan where you can give your cell phone information so in the event of disaster, you are sent a message. Many schools have a similar setup where bulletins are sent to all staff for lock down and/or emergency warnings. Colleges implement this for campus students as well. Would be something for the town to consider. Some proactive measures.
