Hope, you’ve been the city atty for what? Leastwise 5 years now. An you High & Mighty Mayor by your own words you sat on that board for 3 years. There’s a point in time when we should expect a level of professionalism and due diligence, especially when we are spending taxpayers dollars. Are we receiving this from our city attorney????
