Proposed TOF Resolution #276

Had TOF Attorney Hope Freeman, earlier in her term as Fromberg Town Attorney, drafted and subsequently submitted “proposed Ordinance #276”, would such actions have circumvented the construction of 1600 square foot pole barn structure which encroaches on “A” Street by over 25%? Said project known as: Mackenzie Zoning Application Lot 13, Block 2, Fromberg Blewett Addition.

  1. I highly doubt it would have, as The Party of One Zoning Committee would probably not have read it or had her own agenda!!! Ordinance 250 had Officer Dawson and/or other law enforcement responsible for taking measurements on properties for zoning and that didn’t happen either. Apparently, the one time in Fromberg history when someone was avaliable and paid for zoning it didn’t happen. The Party of One (current mayor) took it upon herself. Laws, ordinances, resolutions etc are only worth the paper they’re written on if you don’t have a governing party that’s willing to be knowledgeable and abide by them. This idea that our ordinances are vague is ludicrous; you have an idiot in charge who took it upon herself to circumvent the ordinances to do what she wanted! This is like watching Anderson the second!!!
