In order for a pole barn to be 40 by 40 it would have to be a SQUARE! The building pictured is OBLONG! Therefore it must LARGER! 40 by 50? The proportions might even be 40 by 60. And how about that alley? Looks like the pole barn might encroach on the alley as well as “A Street”. And look at those doors opening onto the alley. How could you drive anything bigger than a full size pickup through those doors without encroaching on the private property due east? And that corner is going to be very tight as well.
Well if this doesn’t get taken care of soon, I think we should all get together for a class action lawsuit. Then we can build whatever we want, and on city property to boot! Who’s the party that allowed this to happen?? This could get costly.
