In the event of said waterline’s breakage and subsequent repair, would the Town of Fromberg be liable for destruction costs AND then reconstruction costs to said Mackenzie Pole Barn, which in excess of 25% sits on a Town of Fromberg Street Right-of-Way Easement? Insanity!
What the Sam Hill it takes 5 months to figure this out???? The part that is just a classic is the water line and free building space! Someone was really thinking!!!! Could we please have a thought process at city hall!
I want this much free building space! Man there is something wrong with this picture on so many levels! Move to town and do what you like!!!! Plus be granted additional building space!!! Man this must be one special person!! Maybe it’s time for a class action lawsuit against the town for allowing this to happen???? Grant this and the discrimination suit will follow with the guy on third street, his enclosure is at least temporary!!! How is it we cherry pick and choose who follows the rules?
Grant him a variance and see what happens when a water line breaks under his building! You have acknowledged, as well as granted him permission to allow his pole barn to encroach on the street! And not a minor encroachment either! AT LEAST 500 Sq Ft! So now we are going to have to go around him with a new line as I highly doubt he’ll be granting permission to demolish this structure to fix a leak! Then we the tax payers will pay for it!! Speaking of which, we sure seem to be having ALOT of water main breaks lately…Sabotage? I’m tired of us having to pay for stupidity. No wonder we have pot holes the size of Mars, the budget only permits that we pay for stupidity!!!
