Document 368041: Quit Claim Deed Recorded October 31, 2010 at 12:59 p.m. Between Shirley L. Miller and Shirley L. Miller, Kerrilee Boggio, Scott E. Crawfored. The legal is handwritten and reads: “Lot 7, except the N. 5′ thereof, and all of Lot 8, Block 3, of Town of Fromberg, in Carbon County, Montana, according to the official plat on file in the office of Clerk and Recorder of said County. – Note: The property is addressed as 16 Missouri, Ave, Fromberg, Montana 59029”

Thank you, who ever runs this blog you rock!!! When I read these deeds, I thought I might split a gut laughing as you have officially made our Mayor the poster child for those missing common sense!! Reading the deed, I notice it says Lot number and Block number- like they would be identified on a plot map….no easement included…gee where did that dang easement go???? Mrs Mayor get your facts straight! We are tired of your spin!

How is our Mayor going to try to spin this? Not to mention those she has thwarted with her intimidation tactics on it is there responsibility for everything to the center of the street as they own that. The biggest laugh of all is the Mayor was concerned about waivers being signed for filling sand bags but building on city property does not faze her in the least!! In fact she will aid and assist; all you have to do is watch the last 6 months of city council meetings to verify this. In fact, she will go out of her way to create ceremonial bull *#+~. Notice we have quite the hypocrisy going on here!
i think our insurance company (MMIA) has a great case for fraud. Little shop to tinker on toys, property measures 70×100, and the best one: it’s o,k he built on street easement that he owns. Each and everyone a bald face lie, fed to us by Killer Miller!!!! Don’t look to City Hall for honesty, hasn’t been their for years !!!!
Killer Miller’s motto is “If you can’t convince them, then confuse them!” Fortunately not all of us take idiot pills!!!
Hilarious, Mayor Miller does not have a clue!!! At one time we had a street in this town closed as the property was owned by a resident. This action was done by the financial institution and insurance company!! Private property is not easement!! Quit trying to mislead people…
