“Special Town Council Meeting Slated for June 12, 2017 Cancelled Due to Lack of Quorum.

Two Council Persons are currently on Vacation. Presumably said Council Persons notified Town Hall of their impending time away in advance of the original posting of said meeting with Great West Engineering. Interesting that the lack of quorum was only posted shortly after the Post Office opened Monday, June 12, 2017.

  1. I’m sorry we were all at the town counsel meeting when the date was picked and Ms. Miller was not present to speak, but Mr. Nottingham was and said nothing. Let’s get the facts straight before posting them.

  2. The June 9th posting and June 12th cancellation of this meeting shows not only a lack of organizational skills and professionalism that needs to be dealt with, but a serious lack of respect and management from the elected officials and some city employees of this town to the residents. According to the blog posting by Kellie this meeting was set at the regular June council meeting which would have been June 5th that being the case the posting should of happened June 6th to give us the public ample time to know of the meeting. If a calendar was managed and placed in view so residents could view the information about the meetings, then by no means should this issue have ever risen. When a meeting with Great Western Engineering is rescheduled it should be posted immediately to the public, as well as, not four days prior over a weekend. Seeing as how we live in the age of information, I see no reason why these meeting are not posted on the Fromberg web page, as well as, for those who do not go to the post office on a regular basis.
