tfa has proof of at least two other pieces of correspondence, mailed well before said meeting date, that were not read at the 7.9.2018 TOF Council Meeting. We ask the Mayor and Council for an explanation as to why ALL correspondence is not read? Someone seems to pick and choose what correspondence to include. Such a practice is arbitrary and capricious, and discriminates against parties whose letters were not read.
