Absolutely absurd! When will we have some professionalism at City Hall? Is it possible for somebody to bring their “A” game to the position? Hard to believe that neither Joliet, nor Bridger have as many Special Council Meetings and yet they are neighboring towns with a substantially larger population than ours and conduct more business through their towns. It’s called organization, forethought, planning, leadership, along with clear and concise goals! If you can’t get this simple concept, do us all a favor leave your positions!!! The excuse that “they have jobs” is inadmissible and a reprehensible insult to our intelligence. I’ve known many an individual who worked or owned their own business and also served on a city council, a school board, or as a county commissioner. I’ve watched men who have owned their own businesses and have been extremely hands on serving their community as well as serving as boards of directors in several financial institutions. For the party who is retired and has 20 plus years in city government your job performance is abysmal to say the least! So please leave your childish moronic excuses at home or better yet, RESIGN! When you are incapable of conducting a meeting where “no other business is to be discussed” and you wind up talking about fire hydrants; it shows us, the public, that all of you are all incompetent in your knowledge of your position. Someone needs to get it together for the sake of our town and community! If that doesn’t interest you then please leave your position. It is those of you at City Hall that are creating the biggest divides in this community! You say you want to bring the town together while at the same time implementing actions that divide it. It’s happened with every zoning application that was passed, and yet did not comply with town code. Each time City Hall didnt make the applicants jump through the hoops for special review. It has happened when you haphazardly sold city property, and deeded property to council members. It happens every time you select a member of the community to pick at for an ordinance violation while ten others are equally as guilty and go untouched. Or better yet, council members who are and have been non-compliant in following their own ordnance’s! When you start showing and demonstrating some respect, only then will you receive some and begin to change the current situation. I won’t be stupid enough to hold my breath. I’d only turn blue.
Right On! Spot On! Fromberg is in a downward spiral. Circling the toilet bowl! City Hall: pull yourselves out of the abyss NOW! Before it’s too late!
