Case In Point! ANOTHER TOF “Special”!

“Special”? ANOTHER new format and font size for TOF Council Meeting Communiques! Consistency is not a buzz word at Town Hall. Exactly how many Council Meetings has the Town of Fromberg had in the past 30 days? And why aren’t these notices posted on the Official Town Website: http://fromberg-mt.gov/news.html  That site hasn’t been updated since: December 4, 2017!

ADDITIONALLY, is the Mayor and each and every Town Council member being paid a stipend for each of these meetings? If so, that is excess of $100 per meeting! Do the math! The Town of Fromberg can’t afford it! Efficiency is crucial with regard to time AND money!

  1. Hilarious! Word on the street is the position has already been filled to save the town from a lawsuit from a particular individual!!! FSLA. So much for being an Equal Opportunity Employer! It’s non-existent as well as many other things in this town! Said individual has already spent considerable time in the Clerk’s office over the last three weeks as compared to other individuals who applied for the job and were merely allowed an interview! Talk about inappropriate! Too bad some don’t practice what they PREACH! Mayor Miller’s mouth is in constant OVERDRIVE and it’s rarely linked to her brain! I’m embarrassed to say I live in Fromberg!

  2. Fromberg is a farce. Can’t wait to drag up outta this sewage pit. Fromberg can no longer even be considered a swamp. Vargas’s are buying up what will be a ghost town. Just like Gebo. But Gebo has better quality administration! Melody Kilwine for mayor!

  3. Voting tonight yet a party had already been notified of having the position. FYI is this a repeat of earlier actions????

  4. Flippin Unbelievable! Someone needs to make another phone call to the State about fair labor practices. Where’s mike ventlin when ya need him?

  5. Whata joke. Snooty Pants Miller won’t let the fair folks of Fromberg know who the new Clerk is till she “accepts” the position. Jokes on you Miller. Everaone in town already knoews… weill see how long she lasts…n whatta. employment history. n that little incident where cuz a her shaming wordsa young man passed away.

  6. Current improvement project is to place an awning over the picnic tables at the city park. A volunteer project, entirely funded by private citizens. Tons of labor and materials standing by and no power at city park! It’s my understanding Mr. Nottingham had that turned off! However the powers that be at Town Hall were immediately notified yesterday. We were assured by the mayor it would be on today. And still no power! Who’s running the town? Does any decision go through the whole council or is it just the mayor and Mr. Nottingham making decisions? Are they sharing with the rest of the council, or are they doing exactly what Perkins and Anderson did? Not letting the rest of the council know what is going on? This power shut-off should have been brought to a vote before anything was turned off! How much did those two construction trailers parked at the ball park pay the town? Zilch im betting. Please let the public know! Let’s get real! Let’s do a job! Let’s include the whole council! This is a city park! The light, the cement pad, the new awning are all being built by volunteers and funds from the Fromberg Improvement Committee! The same way the playground equipment and horseshoe pit improvements to the city park were built! Shame on the mayor for not following through as usual. And Mr. Nottingham exactly what is it you’re taking upon yourself to do? Look up state codes! You’ll see much more needs to be done in order for the lighting situation to be up to par! It’s a small expense compared to the liability cost of someone falling due to that sidewalk. Jane
