tfa notes the TOF Council has recently had several “Executive Sessions”. While those sessions are indeed not directly available to the Public, the Council should at the very least come out of Executive Session, go back into Regular Session, and if there is no further Business; Adjourn the Meeting.
Videos of TOF Council Meetings prove this procedure is not being followed. Could any such un-adjourned “Executive Session” be construed as a Closed Meeting? We, the Public, have not been apprised of any general actions taken with regard to any of these Executive Sessions. Is the Public evenutally entitled to a brief sysopsis regarding the ultimate outcome of such “Executive Sessions”? If not, why even post Exeuctive Sessions of the Monthly Agenda?

dont no state agencies care what happen in dis dump of a town? Corrupt doller goings on at city. Corrupt kop who finally takes his payoff n run. De last time they was a audit for de town? Known drug gowers. Poore watta. Errors on de biils. Do de big folk just lookt de udder way? Dis towne be stinkin.
Old business on a TOF meeting agenda???? About a year ago the mayor stated that the barley field sale would be revisited.. Never happened!!! Town attorney missed 2 meetings due to weather?.? Very convenient. Never to be talked about again. 10 acres ÷ 4 = 40 .25 acre lots at just under 14,000 sq ft. Per lot. That would be 40 new homes. At $10.000 per lot with water sewer and power on-site do you think $54.000 for a $400,000+ chunk of land was good for us???? The new mayor made the motion to sell while still sitting on city council. The fromberg advocacy group has repeatedly asked for the documented history of this sale from start to finish. All which should be of city record. We have been put off and ignored. This falls under the freedom of information act. But in Fromberg to hell with the constitution and the law! “I am mayor”. By the way, the mayor is NOT the one in power, it is the council who holds the vote!
