Council throwin the taxpayers money around! $1975.00 for a budget software package when the new clerk is lucky to be able to turn the computer on? Sure, let’s pay Janet Delgado (councilman tim Nottingham step child) as contact labor. Hire new clerk jan. Then hire audrey whoever she is to do ordinances which the town lawyer lady should a done years ago. Of course audrey whoever filed a fair labor suit against Fromberg Hall. And now bridger’s town clerk is helping latest clerk jan and is being paid too? N councils worried about june 2018 water bill’s being paid? Wake up and smell the coffee. Councils spending us broke on 4 clerk positions alone. Insanity. Noones paying attention here.
Impeach the mayor.
I think the admin of this web page is genuinely working hard in support of his site, since here every post is
quality based.
Thanks for your kind words Shandee! Our blog is very important to us!
I believe the budgeting program is a good investment although I find our new clerk has an over-inflated ego of herself; her job and her duties. That borders on unprofessionalism and could be detrimental to a clerk’s position. The recent youtube video of January 2019 shows the discussion of water billings for June of 2018 and the question arises: “How residents who have sold their properties and moved will be billed.” The clerk’s answer? “Bill the new residents”. A totally incorrect resolution which was quickly disputed. Any highly qualified candidate for this position would not have of made such a statement. If a clerk makes it a point to tell a resident “it’s her job to straighten this town out”, she should make sure she has the qualifications to fulfill those duties. Yes, many clerical duties had recently gone undone. However, we the public, are not stupid and Miss Clerk, you have yet to prove yourself. Your recent statements underscore my point. People notice professionalism and a job well done. It’s premature and unprofessional for you to be tooting your own horn.
How much are we paying Kristen Sweet of Bridger? How bout “Ordinance Audrey”? Is the new clerk being paid overtime for all the nighttime lamp oil she burns? A fair labor practices suit has already been filed against Fromberg. Exactly how many “contract employees” can work on city hall premises, during city hall hours, using city hall equipment and claim a “contact labor” status? How in the hell can the town of Fromberg afford ALL THIS? It wasn’t budgeted for. Not a huge fan of past clerk Kansala but at least then we only paid one person. NOT THREE! Isn’t there any damn oversight in this dump? We need the EPA to clean up this superfund site! Color me p>ssed!
gee whizz liz, how do you really feel?
