Fromberg’s Downtown is clean and vibrant with the glaring exception of Town Hall as depicted above. Indication of lack of City Employee’s pride? After all, ONCE AGAIN, we provide employment for two city maintenance personnel.

The cleaning of the city streets downtown, would require some elbow grease and a little sweat, because God forbid we don’t have a street sweeper.
We acquired a lawn sweep recently, because we needed it to get cheat grass that had been cut on the barley field had blown all over peoples yards and down the street during the high winds a couple weeks ago. They used it , after a 73 year old woman spent two days raking and bagging all the blown in grass in her yard and the street. Mr. Nottingham (councilman) was also doing the same work in the yards of her neighbors . After a few days , she called the Mayor to talk to him about it and Mike went to Billings and purchased a sweeper for the mower. There five people in that neighborhood cleaning , bagging and raking all that up. But the city employees had to purchase a sweeper to finish up. Go figure.
