Brief excerpt regarding “Old Business” from TOF 4.2.2019 Council Meeting Part 4. Proper Parliamentary Procedure doesn’t dictate that a Mayor may solicit questions from the floor during a meeting regarding other Old Business. The Town Clerk should have vetted any Old Business Items prior to said meeting. Thereby adding them in specificity to the Agenda had they been deemed timely and pertinent. Any and all items discussed at this meeting, under New and Old Business, should have fallen under Public Comment, as they were not initially placed on the Agenda with specificity! this could just as easliy be titled Missy Mayor Gets Pissy! what is WITH this woman? And the look she gives at the end? Pure anger. this woman has no place in government!
