On May 13, 2019 TOF accepted three easement contract proposals by “WBI Energy Easement” for various pipeline easements on the very western edge of the Town of Fromberg. The second easement package property was considered to be that of “ranchettes” and valued at $11,600 per acre! The 10 Acre (on the level-close to utilities) “Barley Field” was sold for $52,900 ie $5,290 per acre! $5,290 divided by $11,600 is .456% Less than half than what was paid for HILL SIDE SCRUB SAGEBRUSH per acre! According to WBI Energy’s” comparative”; the “Barley Field” should have sold FOR AT LEAST $116,000! AND there were no closing costs for these contract proposals of easements! Obviously, whoever former Mayor Richard Anderson hired to do the CMA cut the Town of Fromberg extremely short! And who pays? We the taxpayers!

miller dropped the ball again. she’s the one that put forth the motion to accept the sale. it woulda died otherwise. just like fromberg’s dying. and the taxpayers take it up the you know what again. too bad its not coming outta miller’s pocket instead.
Miller’s math skills are just like the rest of her skills, overwhelmingly detrimental to our town… The fact she flaunts them at public meetings should be an embarrassment to most, but she wears it like a badge of honor!
