Photographic Documentation Regarding Tonight’s TOF “SPECIAL COMMITTEE MEETING” / “ZONING APPLICATION”

This is a very short and narrow travel trailer with obvious marker lights, trailer hitch; complete with license plate within its specified plate holder. It should easily fit upon the proposed lot and certainly be within all setback limits. tfa again asks, who are the members of said “SPECIAL COMMITTEE”? What is the urgency of this “SPECIAL COMMITTEE MEETING”? Why couldn’t this matter have been addressed at the next regularly scheduled TOF Council Meeting coming up in less that 3 weeks? Has all due diligence been done with regard to this “ZONING APPLICATION”? Or is this another “rush to judgement” job like the Mackenzie Morass on First Street? Consistency is key!

  1. Fromberg has no ordinances, anything goes provided you’re a chosen one! The problem is only a select few are chosen and screw the rest of the public..,, The rules apply to some but not all. They wonder why Town Hall is hated.

  2. Da werd in da streets for dis big push for zonin applishon is da lady lawyer don’t wan it at nex meetin. Fraid it be messin wi da McKenzie case… Lady lawyer still coverin tracks…dis hear towne be korupt. Hole towne needs a douching.

  3. Dew. I heard that too! That further zoning issues at the july meeting might compromise the town lawsuit against McKenzi. Lawsuits are full of strategy. Just plain wrong. More pick and choose zoning approvals and good ole boy system in Fromberg. Hope McKenzi lawyers visit this site. Enuf information here to sink the mcKenzi Titanic. Frombug’s rotten to the core!

  4. What the hell? Lady attorney goes off at council meeting about the Tomahawk and never getting a zoning permit? How many years after the fact? I would be asking myself if the attorney has a personal issue? It’s a commercial property is it not? I believe if you check at the county she did get a building permit. Although on this commercial lot, anything goes as I seriously doubt if the last two buildings would have passed commercial code. Can someone at City Hall step up to the plate and give a full and accurate conclusion as to the difference? Please, when doing so make sure it’s in black and white. We out here in the real world are tired of the answers that flip flop.

  5. I went into the town office last Friday to pay my water bill and asked if she needed the letter they requested from us for the Monday meeting. I was told NO, we were not on the agenda. I stated that we were listing the home in three days which was Tuesday. I never said I had to be out of the house in three days or that it was sold. I guess it is much easier to have a meeting without the party involved because you can tell the story any way you want without any facts at all. We had to be told by members of community and then watch it on You.Tube to find out! WHERE WE WANT TO GO!…CHECK YOUR FACTS! BECAUSE WE ARE GOING.
