This should fall strictly on Mayor Miller’s shoulders. As well as she should have to foot the bill for the attorneys! It was her incompetence that initiated the vote on the Mackenzie zoning application! If this is not the pot calling the kettle black… The attorneys representing the town use the saying “Ignorance is no excuse for the law”! Obviously they have not watched how Fromberg City Hall conducts business!!! Toqn Hall lives by the excuse “We didn’t know”. It is incomprehensible how a party of one can be so damaging to a community, and then narcissistic enough to believe they have provided an invaluable service. Hang it up Miller. You’ve done enough damage already!
