The guy Miller is laughing at on tape, in public is 1. a citizen of this town 2. a veteran 3. he’s discussing his deceased brother’s water bill. Miller your contempt for your constituents is appalling. You need to resign. You should be tarred and feathered on your way out of town. SHAME ONE YOU!
This clip leaves me speechless. How unprofessional! What a callous woman she is! She is actually laughing at a constituent while seated behind the council dias table. If the community continues to countenance such behavior from our elected Mayor, we then are also guilty. My opinion is a recall is in order.

Look Miller! Don’t you DARE lecture me or anyone else in this town about RESPONSIBILITY or COMMUNICATION! YOU are the least responsible council whatever this town has ever had! and that says ALOT! And your communication SUCKS! Just look at yourself! And Stapletoe, “Can we move on”?. Why don’t you just move on outta that chair buddy! Your obvious disdain for any member of the community is apparent by your looks of boredom, your snide comments, and your lack of respect for anyone but the mayor. I am ashamed that either you or the mayor are my town representative! This mayor and her council have cost the taxpayers ALOT of money. And believe me, you ain’t seen nothin yet. Just wait till the final costs of these baboons is known.
