Little known fact.When the state hands out money like this, it generally is awarded to those who have contributed greatly to the tax coffers. I think we might be a little short. Also the fact our audit is not done might be our biggest hurdle. Generally it’s a little hard to get money when you can’t prove your financially responsible.
