Mayor Miller is quite condescending toward the audience in this sector of the council meeting.
The burden of proof with regard to record privacy and the mailing thereof falls to Fromberg town hall. The lady in the audience was correct. It is not her responsibility to immediately go to town hall to rectify the town clerk’s error of judgment per Mayor Miller’s comment. Mayor Miller appears to exert no guidance nor control of her employees as evidenced by the several continued serious errors that emanate from the office of Fromberg town hall.

Unbelievable! It takes a local resident to go to a council meeting and bring it to their attention that a 250 gallon propane take is now in city limits on a property the the council gave a zoning permit to. The council then scolds that person for not having taken a picture? Are you kidding me? The mayor or a council person should have already been aware and dealing with this, long before the meeting. If you can’t do your job, leave. A council member says “It’s not a travel trailer. Are you familiar with travel trailers? Why did he hook up to propane? Did you see him hook it up”? Not…thanks for bringing this to our attention! Then at the end the Mayor says it’s against our ordinances and she will deal with this. Are you telling me that should not have happened at the very start? Get a grip on reality and quit trying to bully and intimidate individuals who speak under public comment! This has become a common practice with the council and they look like fools! In fact, that’s the whole reason this site exists! So individuals in the community can view in real time what happens at Council Meetings! All may comment on this venue or any other to have their voices heard, even if town hall doesn’t listen! We have a constitutional right to be HEARD! If you don’t like the comments here, you still have some skin in the game. Ignore the comments then, but stay tuned to the CONTENT! That effects you all! Possible old bank building for new City Hall. Really! What is everyone smoking there at City Hall? Can’t find a way to finance fire hydrants but let’s spin our time in to buying a new building. If we have that kind of money why in the hell are we not paying down our sewer and water projects? Four years ago City Hall didn’t have enough finances to paint their building so the Fromberg Improvement Committee did it! In other words the citizens of this town absorbed higher water and sewer prices and then donated their hard earned dollars to buy paint and then labored to paint town hall!. I asked some old timers the other day what maintenance has happened at City Hall, they laughed!!! New screen door and paint. Then the last thing they could recall was carpet about 33 years ago! My gawd! Can’t maintain what we have, so let’s just buy something different that has had a little more maintenance. Then the real topper to it all is, the Mayor can’t take care of what needs to be done but she has plenty of time to pipe dream!
