Second question? As this document was purportedly signed and dated by Shirley Miller on April 6, 2020 without notarial attestation (a declaration that something exists or is the case) and having never been physically posted, why is it only being pursued by the Fromberg Town Council on May 1, 2020?
Third question? Why aren’t there any page numbers delineated in the entire set of stapled documents?

The so-called compilation of this stapled document is a travesty. It is extremely convoluted and difficult to follow. It also appears to having glaring inconsistencies. Par for the course at Fromberg Town Hall.
