Taxpayers and Fromberg utility users have the right to expect Town Hall to be open in a timely and consistant manner. Constituent requests are a large part of any Town Clerk’s job. Persons should not have to return several times to Town Hall to accomplish a task, and certainly not due to some clerk’s whim. Office hours are: 8am to 5pm, with a 1 hour lunch hour between Noon and 1pm. The following photograph gives evidence of the level of disorganization at Town Hall.
