Pretty dumb Miller when you use your cell phone or home computer to post City business you have opened yourself up for some real issues… We as a public have the right to view! Then if you’re dumb enough to delete your posts it doesn’t look too good. Not to mention the legal issues you create as acting Mayor for the Town. We have the only Mayor in the County that displays their stupidity daily on Facebook! BRAINS apparently lacking at City Hall!
Heard new city atty quit? Gee wonder why. Why can’t or wont mayor post on town’s web site?
As a taxpayer and resident of Fromberg, Montana, I have seen a lot of comments about the Fromberg Town Hall flag. Granted, maybe too many. But here’s another way to look at it. The clerk is paid to do a job. Putting the American flag up and taking it down is part of that job. This has always done previously. Also it is a signal to everybody that Town Hall is open and someone there is on duty. When the flag is down it tells the public the clerk’s not there, and to the public, it also might look like she’s hiding. Or maybe the mayor is hiding. Probably both.
Flag can remain up if it is illuminated at nite. Another no brainer for town hall.
