As it is a large public gathering
should porta potties for the event be provided and perhaps paid for by the Catons?
Will there be any law enforcement issues caused for TOF by the lifting of the open container ordinance?
Will there be any potential insurance liability for TOF with regard to the lifting of the open container ordinance?
As it is a large public gathering, held in the Town of Fromberg park and ballfield, should any provisions for social distancing and/or masks be made with regard to Carbon County Health Department Officer Bill George’s COVID-19 guidelines?
Why ask intelligent questions, it’s just business as usual. Remember the last legal issues cost yhat cost us, the taxpayers, but who cares??? Obviously no one at City Hall!
