tfa queries how, per the following notice: “FROMBERG TOWN HALL WILL BE CLOSED FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 2020 MORNING TILL LATE AFTERNOON” could in any way be construed as “normal” business hours? tfa notes referenced legal notice was published, for the very first time, on Thursday, September 3. 2020. And certainly noone was at Fromberg Town Hall to answer any questions, nor to even allow a viewing of said budget on September 4, 2020 ie: the very next day.

Regular business hours. Really? Jann has rarely appeared up on time at 8am. For many years City Hall’s hours have run from Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm. Closed 12pm to 1pm for lunch. Hours were regularly posted, that is until Jann became the Town Clerk. How many nights is she here past 6pm? So maybe someone could explain what normal business hours are? They seem to be hours that are convenient for jann but certainly not the citizens who have business at city hall! You know. The folks that make Jann’s job possible through the taxes and fees they psy.
