tfa further queries why a legal notice was placed in the October 1, 2020 and October 8, 2020 issues of the Carbon County News for a TOF 7:30 Preliminary Budget Hearing Meeting if indeed “RESOLUTION NO. 501” was a fait accompli?
Said “RESOLUTION NO. 501”. “THE TOWN OF FROMBERG MONTANA” is signed as “Shirley Miller, Mayer”. Attest: “Jann M. Christman” Town Clerk/Treasurer”, neither of whom placed a date beside their signature.
Shouldn’t all these proven inconsistencies render said “RESOLUTION NO. 501” null and void and subsequently all the soon-to-be-mailed-out attending Fromberg property owner Tax Statements as well? Mayor Miller’s action as evidenced by her attested signature seems to have put forth extra burdens on the Carbon County Assessor’s office as well as that of the Carbon County Treasurer’s office.
