“NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED”…via RESOLUTION NO. 501, “…has set the tax levy for the 2020-2021 Fiscal Year Budget…” thereby actually proving any Fiscal Year budget must first go through the Preliminary Budget Hearing process whereby “…The Council will answer questions regarding the budget from any taxpayer or resident of Fromberg and will hear statements in support and objections to the adoption of the final budget…”. Only then may the Preliminary Budget be subsequently approved by a vote of the TOF Council and thereby become the Final Budget. And only then may a Resolution be set forth setting the tax levy (mills) for said fiscal year.
