tfa posits this is the final page of TOF’S FY 2020-2021 Budget, however it is nearly impossible to tell, as not a single page of the 9 page budget is either titled or numbered.
tfa notes significant Net Losses ie: “REVENUES” (minus) “EXPENDITURES” in the “PROJ BALANCE” categories of: “TOTAL GENERAL FUND”, “WATER FUND TOTAL” and “SEWER FUND TOTAL” tfa further notes the impossibility of making this final budget sheet ‘balance’.
