I heard the audio of parts 1,2,3 of the town of Fromberg Town Council meeting for Nov 6th -Will part 4 be coming soon? Was a little disappointed it was only audio but thank you for your efforts.
The council received a copy of the buy/sell contract much later than the meeting. I picked mine up on the Tuesday of the following week. It seems the Mayor and wife have had left town the same day the agreement was picked up by me at City Hall. I have some questions about the dates.
Closing date is November 2,2017 on the agreement, five days before the council even met and reviewed the resolution. Not being a real estate expert, I am wondering why the closing date was set so early and why we don’t have a “normal” closing of 30 days? Also, even though the resolution gave the Mayor direction to proceed with said sale, I feel that the council should be able to receive and review the final agreement before it is a done deal.
