tfa was finally able to get a copy of said “letter” today. The public was made to wait 9 days for a copy of an email communication that was read out loud at the aforementioned Town Council Meeting and became a part of the Public Record at that precise time. The email, in its entirety, follows:

Well, if Town Hall has information about any sort, they assume they don’t have to disseminate that information to the public. Or if they are required to do so it is done with an attitude. The funny part is, Shirley Miller used to bash Richard Anderson and others frequently, even though she had a council seat. If elected, she was going to be legitimate and honest, not like Mr. Anderson. Miller posted her opinions on Facebook and other social media sites berating many of these individuals. I probably have over 100 pages of Miller’s remarks on hard copy that could easily be reshared. I believe Mayor Miller was instrumental in putting out a town survey during Mayor Anderson’s administration. Why isn’t she bold enough to do the same for her administration? That survey included performance levels of Council and all City employees. Miller thought the survey was brilliant. Shirley, are you afraid of falling far short of Mayor Anderson’s mayoral performance? Shirley, if you dare to run that survey for your administration, please offer a rating scale of “0 through 5”, Your performance as mayor does not even warrant a “1”. I suspect you are incapable of the courage required to put out a town survey now. Your style is more one of “Do as I say, not what I do”…….
