Why have a well-thought-out agenda that accomplishes something when we can kick the can down the road? There’s obviously a scarcity of brain cells at City Hall that’s why! No specific items are listed under old business, new business or correspondence. It’s pretty straightforward. If you have nothing to place under those categories you don’t list those categories on the agenda! This means you don’t ask: Is there any old business! The reason being, no-so-bright-ones sitting behind the council table, if you don’t specify it, you don’t get to discuss it or act on it. You are depriving the public of the right to know when you do that. Noone at the council table can maintain a timeline either. That’s the reason two incompetent individuals kicked the can on down the road on the budget using the flimsy excuse: It was late due to the audit. Bull Pucky! The audit was done in JULY. And we’ve still haven’t had the auditor come to a public meeting to formally present the results! And don’t give me the worn out Covid-19 excuse! Lord knows Town hall financially rewards incapability! They set council meeting dates anywhere they please on the calendar. Anywhere the moron of a clerk suggests, because of her huge workload. B.S.! Check it out.. Just take a look at the last nine months of meeting dates. Because. She’s too inept to do the job and have her work completed efficiently by the first Monday of the month without coming in the Sunday night before, to work on minutes from the October meetings. In Fromberg we pay extra for stupidity. Nevertheless, they aren’t paying overtime like state statute requires. City Hall is proud of paying for stupidity! They wear it like a badge of honor. Here’s the kicker! Having the regularly scheduled council meeting the first Monday of each Month was never a problem until Jann was hired. I’ve lived here for over forty five years. After two years of employment, the moron of a clerk is still trying to sell the old “I’m new at this”! Another financial blunder by Miller and the idiots that are proud of their vote to hire Jann and wouldn’t change it. At least I have brains enough to say: “I voted for Miller once and still regret my decision”, because I’m mentally capable of recognizing a bad decision. Apparently Council lacks that capacity and then even brags about it on YouTube!
