Any results from said Marijuana Survey should be considered null and void. Said survey was conducted in an arbitrary and capricious manner. Governmental surveys require certain parameters be followed in order to ensure a survey’s legitimatacy. Otherwise why incur the costs associated to perform it?
Several Fromberg, MT residents and property owners report never having been allowed to participate in this survey, nor were they advised that any such Marijuana Survey even existed.
Did Mayor Tim Nottingham clear the wording, as well as all required procedures of said survey with TOF Attorney Jeffrey A. Welton of Felt Martin PC beforehand, or did he once again fly by the seat of his pants?
