“Joliet Council Minutes” for May 2017, per above, were published for free as a public service in the Carbon County News on June 22, 2017. City of Joliet also publishes their council meeting dates in the CCN classifieds. Joliet and Fromberg are very similar in terms of public workers and population. It would seem the City of Joliet is more intetested in keeping their citizens informed than the Town of Fromberg is. Why is that?
