How come? One would think the Fromberg Public Works Director who is also lead man on the Fromberg Volunteer Fire Department would certainly understand that a lengthy special event at the park would neccesitate specific sewage needs: ie portta potties. It is noted thete were 5 blue garbage containers there for non-sewage waste. Lack of porta potties put undo strain in terms of cost and inconvenience on local businesses. Sewage costs for the the special park event should have been thought of and been provided for by the Town of Fromberg.

Porta-potties were ordered and costs divided by the Improvement Committee and FVFD last year. Perhaps they were just overlooked this year because everyone was so busy. The Improvement Committee did discuss it early in the year, but a vote to supply them was not taken at that time.
Overlooking sewage needs is not acceptable when you are the local Public Works Director. Especially when you are the titular head of a lenghy event that is known to create more sewage. Had this been any other organization, they certainly would have been taken to task.
