The workshop video answered some questions . Now I wonder, listening to the questions and answers , mostly from one person, what do we really want from the council?
Seems very clear that Mrs Vargas is saying the same things the old mayor said. Thanks to Andersons, some of the town workers and people she has sold houses to, AND made a profit from you might add, she wanted to be mayor and now wants to be on the council. The video says a lot about her bias towards certain people. New laws about business owners living in their business building, telling “certain” kinds of people where they can live or not and wanting to make Fromberg into a city. Sure bringing in more money and maybe more crime. That is a pretty picture.
Two years ago Vargas wanted the barley field, then not a word for two years, until the town got money to build lagoons. With help from the old mayor and company ( meaning Perkins and Price) that wish was granted.
So now the mayor has left town along with Ralph, and they left us in shambles. Very interesting that the mayor has moved to a small town in Wyoming,
Mark Vargas dad has moved into the mayors house and after getting rid of a nice lady who for years worked in the museum, Mark Vargas mother is in the museum. So will Ralph follow the mayor and add another mess to their list of good works? Will the town council let Mrs Vargas feather her nest to
sell more land and houses, to help her march to the state legislator as the people of Fromberg get trampled on. Seems like she is looking out for herself and not the town. the town voted for change. Not the same old song and dance.
Town Council will meet 5 Feb, 2018 at 7pm , city hall. Public comment and questions will addressed at that time.

Citizen Opinion- So many of your statements are So Inaccurate! ..So very wrong. You might consider basing statements on fact and not fallacy. And why not identify yourself so one can have an adult conversation with you in person about your fears.

Since Fromberg is a small town, it is usually nice to know who you are having a conversation with in town and considered a common courtesy. I would also like to know who the person is who is stating such an inaccurate message. Maybe it’s just small town gossip that finds its way to this website but there are so many untruths in it that it borders on bazaar.

Town council has no involvement in her real estate business and her real estate business has no involvement in the town council. “… Mrs Vargas marching to the state legislator”? One doesn’t march to a legislator… Did they mean state legislature?.. She is not… but “maybe they really meant applying for city council position. Leza Vargas applied for the city council position as did others ..Trampling Fromberg” of course not.- never…..Understandable why the mayor left Fromberg. He was openly despised by many and not very welcomed in the town by the same. That unkindness tends to make people want to leave. …Mark Vargas’ dad moved into the mayor’s house after getting rid of a nice lady who worked for the museum? What??? Who got rid of what lady? And Mark’s mother in the museum? Where on earth did that imagined figment come from? NOT True. …. And “that wish was granted” for Mark and Leza Vargas buying the barley field.? Ridiculous statement.. I’m going to ask that each of us monitor the hate, racist, ugly, sometimes vulgar speech we see in the comments on various Facebook and blog posts and slander of people on here. I am reporting them to Facebook as violation of their policies. It is easy, hold your finger down on the specific comment, release and a menus pops up asking a few questions. In about 3 clicks you can block, report, or delete the questionable comment. Many of these comments are made by persons with a fictitious name and picture. Report all of them – let’s clean up our speech, quit hiding, and treat each other with respect.
This aint no face book. Ain’t it just appalling ole “Vargiss n Friends” can’t control evera thing in this here towm.

Town of Fromberg, Mayor Miller. The city clerk has my contact info. Has called me many times regarding city business. You claim I did not provide contact info when you already have it. You respond to a 3rd party that simply forwarded my letter of intent left you with my e mail. And this is my fault when you stated at open council in Jan. You would contact everyone involved. I am 100 feet from city hall and the town clerk. And I would assume you knew I was out of town just as you knew Mr. Nottingham could not be there as stated at Jan. Council meeting, makes one wonder and makes a very good case for me according to my attorney. Hope yours is better than mine. I was ignored and discriminated against for what reason I so not know. I have spent a lot of my life and money in this town only to be stomped into the dirt by the city and the ex-cop. By the way my family roots here go back generations, my grandfather and uncle were both the mayor at one time and I don’t deserve a phone call!!!! Thank you very much. Is this how we are supposed to unite the town? What we need is a unified council working for the people and not divided.
