Sister Town Joliet, per photographs below, is advertising for a “Public Works Assistant”. This advertisement was published in the 2.1.2018 issue of the Carbon County News as well as being physically posted at Joliet Post Office and Joliet Town Hall. We haven’t seen evidence that the Town of Fromberg advertises for Employees in this manner. That is: Advertising in the local Paper of Record. Detailing with specificity all Employee qualifications as well as the entire benefit packet. Including Town contact information for the application process as well as a Specific Deadline. Without such evidence, we can only surmise employees are hired via an arbitrary and capricious manner. The “Good Old Boy System”?
