This part three video link doesn’t work, just thought you should know.
AGAIN. The link you to refer actually states: “This video is still being processed. Video quality may improve once processing is complete”. We monitor our uploads very closely. A picture of this link has been added in the post above for your clarification. These Video Files are HUGE. It takes quite some time and lots of bandwidth to process them. Our question is, why isn’t the TOWN of FROMBERG providing this service rather than a privately funded, non-profit organization? The TOWN of FROMBERG can’t even seem to upload “unofficial minutes” to their website.
Yes IT IS working!!! Does it bring to light that if the Council had been informed that the building was 40 feet by 40 feet that this could have been avoided? The party that zoned it has abysmal math skills! Forty feet wide with set backs, puts you WAY over your lot width, making this a automatic no! This measuring from the “center of the street nonsense” is ridiculous. Can’t find a pin? Call a surveyor! It is a land owner’s responsibility to provide evidence of their property boundaries. Sounds more like winning friends and influencing people, but it back fired!

Calling the Clerk n Recorders Office for a metes and bounds description of the property? Are you kidding me? Its a Fromberg City PLAT MAP. Specifically: FROMBERG BLEWITT ADDN, Lot 13, Block 2, Section 20, T5S, R23E, P.M.M.. PLATTED! NO METES AND BOUNDS NEEDED! That’s why SURVEYS are done! Gawd. You should seriously consider resigning!

The funny thing is Nate owns several of these lots. Bill owns one, Elton owns two, and Tammy owns two. I would bet everyone of those people could tell you their lots are 50×140. If you don’t act like you know it all and ask for help sometimes, you make more educated decisions and have a more balanced outcome. You know that ancient adage “two heads are better than one”! So, had Shirley mentioned anything about a 40×40 building, her bacon could have been saved right there. This was just plain dumb and underhanded!!
