Litigation Points to Ponder. Who to Sue?

We previously ascertained “Sarah G. Mackenzie” is the Owner of Record of Fromberg Blewett Addition, Lot 13 Block 2, with 100% ownership via Warranty Deed #372447.

3.12.2018 TOF Council Meeting Audio and TOF 2.5.2018 Council Agenda: “8 Zoning: Lloyd MacKenzie” both refer to Lloyd Mackenzie as having purchased the $35,000 40′ by 40′ “Building Package” for the 21 A Street property. 3.12.2018 TOF Council Meeting Audio mentions Lloyd Mackenzie never even signed the zoning application for a building which in all probability now encroaches 11 feet on a Fromberg street. We presume the “35,000 Building Package” was a materials-only package. Therefore, the amount expended for costs of labor will CERTAINLY be much greater than the $35,000 litigation amount being bandied about. There might even be additional amounts needed to “de-construct”.   1. Litigation probably means, the mayor should pull up her big girl panties and stop acting like a jackal!!! Judges frown on such morbid behavior.
