  1. First off let me say, the Carbon County Sheriff’s Office was a much needed improvement! It’s been an absolute blessing, not having to deal with Ralph Dawson and his arrogant, mean, demoralizing, intimidating demeanor! All the County Officers are SO professional! Those minutes from the commissioners meeting have me wondering the same things. If I recall right, Mr. Anderson had to swear in the newly elected Mayor prior to the January meeting as he was leaving town. As he was such an avid supporter of officer Dawson and his implorable tactics, I’m rather surprised. I can’t help but think there had to be a alternative motive to this.
