Soooo we have new city maintenance employees who are too busy to give their monthly employee report to council? Who hired these employees? Who interviewed these employees? Why didn’t city attorney Hope Freeman draft Ordinances 276 & 277 and present them to council years ago? Don’t we pay attorneys to look after the Town’s well being before the fact? These ordinances could have prevented the whole pole barn mess on A Street.
