Each property pictured below encroaches on Town of Fromberg street right of ways. Encroachment is encroachment, regardless whether a structure is permanent or temporary. Both need to be dealt with identically. To do otherwise would be arbitrary and capricious. Inappropriate actions oftentimes have unintended consequences.
