Agenda Item # 7: Brent Moore from CTA – Zoning Map and City Growth Plan

At whose behest will Mr. Brent Moore be present? The Town Attorney’s would be our guess. From the dollar amounts Hope Freeman gave at the June 4, 2018 TOF Council Meeting, how can the Town of Fromberg even consider the cost of such a map? Why not work off reasonably priced plat maps available at the Carbon County Clerk and Recorder’s Office for the time being? Why aren”t other “bids” for a Zoning Map being solicited?

Attorney Freeman obviously hopes to bolster her case to adopt a “City Growth Plan”. Doesn’t the Council have numerous other pressing issues? Certainly Agenda #7 could be tabled for a later date.
