1. Sewage. These travel trailers look like they haven’t been moved for quite some time.
2. Potential Personal Injury and Property Liability Claims.
3. Fire Hazard Liability. That’s a GRILL on that picnic table! Lots of fire fuel around that area! No ready water source available! The fire potential this year is astronomical!
Unless otherwise stipulated, the Town of Fromberg could be held liable for any problems that might arise from these occupancies! We request written proof relieving the Town of Fromberg from any and all types of liability claims, from these “tenants” living in their travel trailers.
